- Oregon Museum of Science & Industry (OMSI)

Whether your kids are young or old, they will love this hands on museum. My young ones enjoyed the enclosed special little kid area on the second floor. From the sand pit, to the water play/display, to the arts & crafts area introducing science in real-life play - this place rocks! If you move to Portland, this is the museum that you should think to invest in the year membership as you'll want to go at least once a week! - Cafe Rio

One of the only restaurants that gets kids as excited as the adults. Consistently fabulous Mexican food and a family-friendly vibe, they serve kids free quesadillas with every adult entree. The atmosphere is interesting and eclectic enough to keep the kids occupied and the food comes out fast. In a word - YUM! - BounceU

While they specialize in their birthday parties, we love the Open Bounce sessions. This location offers several open sessions each week, letting kids enjoy the inflatable bounce houses an slides - for kids as young as early walkers. With a session that lasts for 75 minutes, the kids can jump, climb and play to their heart's content - and work up an appetite! - Kids Club Fun & Fitness

If you are looking for a place that will let your little one really get their energy out in a safe
environment, you can't go past Kids Club. Our favorite area is called Jungleland / Ballocity - it has numerous
slides,
crawling tunnels, obstacles and opportunities to climb - with or without mum & dad. The best part is the
grouping of tables
and chairs surrounding, allowing time out for snacks or just for parents to it and make sure no
one "escapes" before the
fun is finished! - Cafe Sip-n-Play

This is my favorite place to take the kids - they get to play in any one of three areas and I can watch them over the waist height barrier while enjoying a coffee and free WiFi. The staff are super-courteous and the food & drinks yummy. You can even schedule your little one's birthday celebration there over the weekend. Love it!
